Slow Waves Returns Policy

Please read carefully, as returned items must conform to our returns policy:

Slow Waves does not refund. Strictly exchange (one time) or credit note only.

Details for return/exchange requests are to be directed to online@slowwaves-store.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be unsatisfactory.

Please wait 24 hours for our reply of approval before you return the product(s) to our return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and in the case of an exchange of goods, for the shipping of the new item(s).

Items must be in original condition with tags intact.

Sale items are final sale.

Faulty items will be repaired, and in the event that we are unable to repair it, we will replace it. Any fault/damage must also be deemed so by Slow Waves.

Shoes

Dust bags and the original box must be returned with the shoes.

Please be careful of what surface you are standing on while you are trying them on, to protect the soles.

Clothing

Please be careful of trying on new items, as all garments must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags intact.

If the tag is removed it cannot be returned in any circumstance, as it does not comply with our returns policy.

Swimwear is final sale.

Jewellery

Jewellery, hats and accessories are final sale.

International Orders

We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. International orders are orders shipped to countries outside of Australia.
